Requirements you MUST prepare when you go to NBI:
1. Print out of your Online Appointment
Go to https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/ and create an account (or log in to your account).
Complete or update your personal details.
Click the "Apply for Clearance" to make an online appointment.
Select your preferred appointment date and payment option.
Print your online appointment (or you can just screenshot the part with the reference number). You will not be entertained without it.
2. NBI fee of PHP130
May be paid online during your online appointment process or directly in NBI cashier.
In my experience in Davao City, paying at NBI cashier has always been fast and smooth. It may vary per region/branch, depending on the number of applicants.
3. Any 1 government/valid ID
Present your valid ID, together with your printed online appointment, when you line to get a priority number.
Step-by-step Process:
Get a priority number by showing your printed online appointment and 1 valid ID.
Pay PHP130 at the Cashier when you still have not paid online.
Your number/name will be called for picture-taking and finger printing.
Your NBI Clearance will be released.
It took me only about 30-40 minutes in Davao City the last 2 times I went to NBI, between 9-10AM.
